Spooky things to us 👉 sloppy job sites, no one answering calls, and subpar materials. 🎃 So, expect a clean job site at your home, direct and timely communication, and high quality building materials (and crafstmanship).

Have a safe, fun Halloween week!

And contact us if you're looking for a boo-tiful 👻 new construction home in South Huntsville.

We learned recently that one of our wonderful homebuyers found us through an AI search. We were floored because many of our buyers come by word-of-mouth. We're thankful every time a human or "bot" sends clients like this one. 💛💛

Come visit Belle Park too. 🤗 Feel free to call us or stop by in person each Saturday from 12-5 and Sunday from 1-5.

With moving on your mind, the new home orientation before closing is like drinking from a fire hose. 😂 So at 60 days, we check back in. You probably have new questions about appliances, HVAC, the irrigation system, and that one light switch nobody can figure out. We answer those questions.

And sometimes homeowners show us something too. One client's dog kept scratching at a mahogany door. To fix that, the owner built a clever little plexiglass panel to protect it. We didn't even notice it at first. That's how good it was! (Our homeowners are the smartest. 🥰)

The 60-day visit is always a highlight for us (and hopefully for our homeowners too). 💛

Our model home is open every Saturday from 12-5 and Sunday from 1-5, no appointment needed. Walk through, ask questions, and get a feel for what it's like to actually live in Belle Park. We're distinctive by design, and we think you can tell when you visit one of our homes.

Come see us this weekend.

It's sweeeeet to buy a new construction home from a small builder like us. 💛 You're not just a number, and we serve cookies. Speaking of cookies...👇 😂

We made a batch of chocolate chip cookies for a client recently. She was so gracious about it…but didn't eat a single one. Turns out she's not a chocolate chip fan. I'm still recovering. 😂

If chocolate chip isn't your favorite, let us know. We'll prep differently. 💛

THE MODEL HOME IS READY. 👏 👏 Window treatments, a porch swing, and a few pots that needed thriving flowers—and now it's done. 💪

You're invited to visit the new model at our Open House each Saturday from 12-5 and Sunday from 1-5. Bring a friend if you like. 🤗
