THIS WEEK AT PETER RAY | Another couple of jam-packed weeks for our team!

From new leads and client layouts through to handing over homes to our awesome clients, there’s been plenty happening across the board!

We’ve lodged building consents, poured foundations, stood frames and trusses, put roofs on, wrapped buildings, installed windows, doors and cladding, and plenty more in between.

One of our builds in Marshland coming along nicely!

Based on our Olsen showhome, this design has been customised to create additional space in the living areas, along with scissor trusses to enhance the sense of space and ceiling height.

Windows and doors are going in, with preparations underway for the kitchen installation. Next up: cladding, insulation and GIB as we continue bringing this home to life!

OUT ON SITE | What a difference a couple of weeks can make.

Our two-storey builds in Fendalton are well underway, and we love watching it all come together.

Spring weather can certainly keep us on our toes, but despite a few unpredictable days, our team and contractors have been making fantastic progress on site, and you can really see the difference a few weeks has made.

We’ll continue to share the progress of these two impressive new homes as they move through each stage of the build. 📸
