The person signing off a fit-out often isn't anywhere near the site. That doesn't sit right with us.
Construction has embraced digital tools, and so have we. But when it comes to project management and handover, we still believe there is no substitute for being there in person.
A retail environment is a physical enterprise. It's where staff work, customers interact with a brand, and owners invest significant time and capital. That's why we see value in conducting final handovers and crucial site milestones face-to-face, not from behind a desk hundreds of kilometres away.
Being on site creates accountability. It allows all parties to walk through the project together, discuss any outstanding items, and assess defects in real time. Conversations and decisions have greater clarity, and any remediation can be planned with a shared understanding of what's required.
Showing up is part of how we do business.
