Designed by the talented folk at Lucid Commercial Design, this hybrid retail and clinic space is a standout in Prebbleton village. A bold palette of royal blue, chocolate brown, and gold accents makes an impressive statement, while some clever display units are a practical finishing touch.

Effective collaboration is the key to any successful fit out project. For Dr Kerri Mooney and the Merivale Plastic Surgery, we aimed to make new connections, strengthen existing relationships, and ultimately bring together the best trade team for the job.

Meet our Senior Quantity Surveyor, Sam!

Sam has a breadth of construction experience that benefits our team in a multitude of ways. Not only is he a seasoned QS with an impressive portfolio, he has also spent time on site as a builder, giving him a uniquely well-balanced understanding of construction from both practical and financial perspectives.

We're excited to be able to share some of Sam's projects soon - his large-scale fit out of a commercial office premises in Christchurch CBD is set to be a stand-out for 2026.

No, we haven't stopped talking about it! Summit Bar at Christchurch International Airport has been a stand-out project for our crew this winter.

Led by the knowledgeable folk at Tailor Inc. and SSP Group, and directed on site by our very own Rick Brady, this project represents a milestone of four large-scale fit outs we've now completed at this location (with another one currently in the works!).

Special mention goes to our fantastic subcontractors on this site - they outdid themselves in both quality and professionalism.

Not all fit outs start from a modern, blank canvas. Taking a grand old building and seeing it through to its next stage of life is infinitely rewarding - especially with heritage features being kept intact.

This large-scale fit out for Dr Kerri Mooney and her team is one that we will happily revisit again and again.
