Every great family home starts with strong foundations.

In West Melton, the foundations are now down for this 269m² Limelite Construction home. These progress photos show just how much goes into that stage - from the insulation, to the underfloor heating, through to the final concrete pour.

This home is being built as a long-term family home for a young couple, with four bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, open-plan kitchen, living and dining, plus a separate lounge.

Thoughtfully planned for everydayliving, it will also feature timeless brick cladding and a statement ceiling and truss design through the main living areas.

BIG NEWS - the first Limelite Construction Show Home is coming to Prebbleton 🎉

And it’s officially underway.

The slab is down and the frame is up, marking the start of a build we’re going to be sharing from the ground up - the design, the details, the decisions and the thinking behind how we build. This four-bedroom home will showcase the way Limelite Construction approaches modern family living.

Think open-plan kitchen, dining and living with a feature fireplace at the heart of the space, a separate media room, four bedrooms and a double garage. All brought together with the design details and finish we want people to be able to experience for themselves.

This won’t just be a home to look at online. It will be a place you can walk through, experience the spaces for yourself, see the finish and quality up close.

There’s a lot to come between now and opening day, and we’ll be taking you along for the whole journey.

Getting close in Prebbleton. This bespoke family home is now in the final stages, with handover planned for the end of August.

Designed for a couple and their two children, the home has been carefully tailored around the way they want to live long term. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, generous living spaces with scissor-truss ceilings, a study nook, a separate study or prayer room and plenty of outdoor space for family life.

The gabled architectural details add real character, while the layout has been designed to make the most of natural light, comfort, and everyday functionality.
