This property is one we have been maintaining for a few years regularly spraying, our client decided it was time to finally get it prepped for more development. Few trees removed, ivy off fence, debri and bricks removed from the piles of dirt that were scattered, builders poly laid out across the section with holes put in to help with drainage, big piles of soil levelled out over the property. Final touches done today, looks a lot different to what it once did.
