✨ AN INSURANCE RENOVATION WITH A VIEW! ✨

We recently had the pleasure of working on this bathroom renovation over in Charteris Bay — with some pretty stunning views to enjoy each day while on the job! 😍

With the bathroom completely gutted and prepped, it was time for us to get stuck into the tiling process, starting from the ground up!

🔨 The process included:
✔️ Forming the shower base
✔️ Installing the under-tile heating kit
✔️ Applying FLC (floor levelling compound)
✔️ Waterproofing the required areas
✔️ Tiling the shower base and walls
✔️ Tiling the bathroom floor and skirting

There's a lot of preparation that goes into achieving a quality tiled finish, and getting those foundations right is just as important as the final result!

Another insurance renovation project completed, with careful preparation and attention to detail every step of the way. 👌

✨ OUTDOOR TILE REPAIRS — RESTORING THE SURFACE, NOT JUST THE LOOK! ✨

We’ve recently been working on an outdoor tile repair project for a retirement village, bringing a tired patio area back to a smooth, level and professional finish.

The project involved:
🔨 Removing the existing tiles
📐 Re-levelling the patio surface
🧱 Re-laying the tiles
✨ Finishing with a clean, smooth and level result

Outdoor areas can take a lot of wear and tear, and when the underlying surface becomes uneven, simply replacing a few tiles isn’t always enough. Addressing the surface properly helps create a finish that looks great and performs as it should.

We’re proud to provide repair, maintenance and restoration services for commercial and property management clients across Christchurch.

The result? A simple but stylish finish that adds character, is practical, and brings the whole space together.

We’ve been BUSY! 🔨 Over the past few months, we’ve had plenty of work keeping us on our toes — and with a steady few months ahead, our social media has unfortunately taken a bit of a back seat! 😅

But we’re back! 🙌 Over the next week or so, we’ll be sharing a little recap of some of the projects we’ve been working on, and hopefully getting back to being a little more active on here.

First up… the ever-popular SPLASHBACK! ✨

A splashback is such a simple way to transform and finish off your kitchen or laundry space.

With endless tile options, you can keep it simple and timeless, choose something modern that goes with everything, or make a statement with a feature tile that adds that perfect POP! 💥

Whatever your style, there’s a tile to suit.

Thinking about giving your kitchen or laundry a fresh new look? Get in touch with us — we’d love to chat about your options! 📩

Keep an eye out for more of our recent work coming soon! 👀

This job needs a post of its very own - this is the new build we were working on with Dann from - thanks so much for getting us involved on this one!

We waited for the professional photos of this one, my goodness it is stunning!

Our mitered edges were taken up a notch, adding a colour-match epoxy resin to finish these beautifully - definitely a challenge learning the process and application, but one we are absolutely stoked with!!

- Formed shower bases
- FLC & Floor Prep
- Waterproofing & Consent
- Tiled shower bases and floors
- Tiled walls, shelf and niches
- Herringbone feature niche
- Mitered external edges, with colour match epoxy
- Tiled skirtings
- Tiled splashback
- Grout & silicone

Jobs like this take a fair amount of time to get through, but goodness me, seeing the final result is so rewarding, and something we are really proud of!
