Do you know why a construction pencil is flat? ✏️

Last Friday at Nevada Contractors Association’s Construction Career Day, we asked 1,000+ students this simple question as we handed out construction pencils. ONE lil lady was on point 💪🏼

The #1 answer? “So it doesn’t roll off a surface!” 🤪

We loved meeting the next generation and sharing just how many opportunities there are in construction and hope that simple piece of knowledge sticks with them forever!

THE HEART OF THE HOME | ONE ELEVEN ltd. (𝐸𝑑𝑑𝑖𝑒 & 𝐽𝑢𝑙𝑖𝑒) ONE ELEVEN

We believe the heart of a home isn’t defined by a room—it’s defined by how people live in it.

It’s where conversations linger, meals become memories, friends gather, and everyday moments feel a little more meaningful.

At ONE ELEVEN, we design spaces around the way you actually live—thoughtfully considered, beautifully crafted, and made to bring people together.

Because luxury isn’t just what you see.

It’s how your home makes you feel. ONE ELEVEN ltd. (𝐸𝑑𝑑𝑖𝑒 & 𝐽𝑢𝑙𝑖𝑒) Eddie Leverett Jr

The future of building is in good 🙌🏻 hands‼️
Southern Utah Home Builders Association Put on an awesome event for 400 enthusiastic 7th graders 🚧
We were privileged to be amongst some truly incredible mentors, educators, and trade partners, all with ONE goal: Show these kids how Cool Construction is and encourage them to get into this Hard Core industry that is filled with Passionate trades who value hard work and making the world turn 💯💪🏼

These students completely blew us away. Their thoughts, their ideas, and their abilities were razor sharp. Watching them dive straight into reading complex blueprints, interpreting floor plans, and understanding the vital systems that hide behind walls, was nothing short of inspiring!

To every student who put on a safety vest and goggles, please keep building, keep dreaming big, and get ready to shape the future! Oh and don’t forget, you too can have a “jobsite dog” 🐕 😂Eddie Leverett Jr Custom Cabinetry | St. George, UT BA Robinson Construction Inc darksky.solutions ONE ELEVEN ltd. It’s not just about laying tile, it’s about precision engineering🛠️
Installing 24 x 48 large-format porcelain takes more than a trowel; it requires strict adherence to TCNA (Tile Council of North America) standards to ensure a flawless, permanent bond. From the first scratch coat to the final placement!
Substrate Perfection: Prepping floors to meet the strict TCNA flatness requirement (max 1/8” variation in 10 ft) to eliminate deflection.
Directional Troweling & Back-Buttering: Combing mortar in straight, parallel lines and back-buttering every tile to guarantee the mandated 95%+ mortar coverage, preventing hollow spots and cracks.
Lippage Control: Utilizing mechanical leveling systems to keep tile-to-tile lippage well under the TCNA 1/32” limit for a perfectly seamless finish.
Expansion Planning: Integrating EJ171 movement joints so the floor can breathe, expand, and contract without stress. 💥
True “construction” starts long before the grout goes in… Our Craftsmanship is build on a high standard, science, and skill ✅
