COUGAR BUSINESS PARK | ALMOST COMPLETE

We’re getting close to the finish line at Cougar Business Park!

The driveways are officially in, the finishing touches are underway, and this project is looking better every day.

Located on 6.42 acres in Las Vegas, Cougar Business Park features six concrete tilt-up buildings totaling more than 100,000 SF.

Another successful medical project complete!

Designed in-house and built to support Nuance Medical’s growing operations, the completed space seamlessly brings together professional offices, conference rooms, warehouse and storage space, assembly areas, and packaging and distribution operations all under one roof.

Another major milestone at HD Cougar and the FINAL PANEL IS IN!

The final concrete panel has officially been set, and this project is vertical!

There’s something pretty incredible about watching a tilt-up project transform so quickly. What started with dirt, foundations and panels on the ground now has taken shape as a 32,976-square-foot warehouse and office building.

A big thank you to our entire field team, subcontractors and project partners who made panel day happen safely and successfully. It takes a lot of coordination to get to this moment, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going.

A tenant improvement throwback to this Dunkin’ Donuts at 10100 S. Eastern Avenue in Henderson Nevada. One of many Dunkin’ locations completed by LM Construction Company over the years.

Years later, this location is still open and serving the community. We love looking back at projects like this and seeing the spaces we built continuing to welcome customers year after year.

HD Cougar is going vertical!

The panels are up at HD Cougar, marking an exciting milestone as this project continues to take shape at Jones Boulevard & Cougar Avenue in Southwest Las Vegas.

This 32,976-square-foot warehouse and office project is coming to life, and there’s nothing quite like seeing a project move from the ground up and the building begin to take form.

This 5,014-square-foot ground-up project is another great addition to the growing Pahrump community.

We are excited to announce that Devin Ogden, CCIM, SIOR, and Michelle Ogden with Colliers have joined the team representing Pinto Industrial in Caldwell, Idaho.

A design-build project by LM Construction Company, Pinto Industrial is a newly completed 56,000-square-foot concrete tilt-up industrial facility situated on 5.23 acres at 19127 Red Label Lane.

The property offers a high-visibility location near Highway 19 with convenient access to I-84 and Downtown Caldwell, and is available for sale or lease. The building is divisible to approximately 7,000 square feet, with completed office improvements, 30’ clear height, ESFR, 3-phase power, trailer parking and yard options available.
