Commercial, industrial and multi-family GC offering the unique Brown Advantage.

One of the largest general contractors and the largest woman owned general contractor in the State of Louisiana. Brown Builders is one of the largest general contractors in the state of Louisiana. In business since 1971, Brown has a proven track record of success in a variety of projects including churches, hospitals, schools, office buildings, warehouses, restaurants, banks, multi-family dwellings, shopping centers, and municipal and government installations. The Brown team is led by father and daughter Wayne and Kristen Brown who have been repeatedly recognized by the industry for their continued construction excellence. Kristen and Wayne, along with the Brown Builders' project managers, estimators and designers, listen to each client's needs, take pride in sticking to the operating schedules, and deliver an efficient and high-quality product. With over 50 years of commercial construction experience, Brown Builders leads the industry in implementing up-to-date technology, presenting eco-friendly options for addressing environmental concerns, and intentionally keeping at the forefront of modern construction technology. Wayne Brown brought the design/build concept to construction in Northwest Louisiana and now with Kristen at the helm, Brown Builders continues to be forward-thinking and innovative while remaining concerned with the way we build today in order to leave a legacy for tomorrow. Brown Builders prides itself on offering its clients something we call, "The Brown Advantage." This advantage is knowing your design/build team is made up of creative designers, skilled craftsmen and dependable sub-contractors chosen just to meet your unique needs. It's working with men and women of integrity who are proud of the buildings, relationships and reputations we have built. It's a sense of peace and confidence that you are in good hands and can leave the construction to Brown while you go about doing what you do best. The Brown Advantage gives clients peace of mind knowing that this building experience is going to be unlike any other.
