• Sterile Processing & Surgical Suite Addition – a complex healthcare expansion constructed just inches from an occupied hospital before ultimately tying into the existing three-story facility.

• Ochsner LSU Cooling Tower Structural Repairs – restoring critical infrastructure that supports healthcare operations throughout the campus.

• Shreveport Police Headquarters – interior demolition of approximately 160,000 square feet to prepare this important public facility for its next chapter.

• Eagle Distributing Cold Storage Warehouse – a new temperature-controlled warehouse expanding regional distribution capabilities and supporting continued economic growth.
