A space designed to support a world-changing mission.

Epsten Group was selected as the trusted design partner for the renovation of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund's Atlanta office, creating a flexible, thoughtfully designed workspace that supports the organization’s world-changing mission.

Our team provided design services for the existing 2,260-square-foot office located on the Zoo Atlanta campus, which serves as the Dian Fossey Fund’s U.S. operations hub. The renovated space was designed to enhance collaboration, flexibility, and functionality for the dedicated staff advancing the Fund’s critical conservation work every day.

Cut Carbon. Build Smarter.

The decisions made early in design can have a lasting impact on a building's environmental footprint.

Whole Building Life Cycle Assessment (WBLCA) helps project teams understand environmental impacts across a building's entire life cycle, from materials and construction to operations and end-of-life. The result? Smarter decisions, lower embodied carbon, and stronger sustainability outcomes.

Learn how our team can help integrate WBLCA into your next project at the link below.

Native plants. Regenerative design. Conversations that inspire action.

Last week, Rachel Isley, John LeSage, and Beth Ament joined sustainability pros and designers at Root Local's Think Natives First Plant Conference 2026, diving into how native plants can boost both sustainability and long-term performance.

Our VP & Senior Manager of Operations, Lauren Martin, took the stage to talk about regenerative design frameworks, like SITES and the Living Building Challenge.

Huge thanks to Lee Dalton and the Root Local team for a great event!
