FAQ: How do you communicate and present drawings?
With a clientele that is both nearby and out of state, we communicate in a means that works best for the client. We host calls, video chats, and onsite meetings, presenting printed and digital presentations. We can travel to meet with clients or visit properties. We email drawings and documents and can utilize screensharing platforms if we need to meet virtually. Ultimately, we are here to support our clients in this important initial step, and are happy to meet face-to-face or virtually depending on the client's individual needs.

FAQ: Do I need to engage a contractor?

We strongly encourage our clients to engage with a contractor early in the design process. Doing so will provide feedback regarding the timeline and budget. A contractor who provides pre-construction services during the design process may or may not be the contractor to build the project. This relationship is between the client and the contractor, with Lobos Design offering coordination assistance.
