Water mains, rising mains and fire services carry water under sustained internal pressure. They may also experience pressure changes, corrosion, leaks and ongoing operational demands.

Pressureline is Nuflow's structural relining solution for deteriorated pressure pipes. It forms a bonded lining within the existing pipe to help restore structural integrity, pressure performance and hydraulic function.

🔵 What is Blueline, and when might it be used?

Blueline is Nuflow's structural relining system for non-pressured pipes, including many sewer, drainage and stormwater applications.

It may be suitable when a pipe has developed cracking, weakened joints, root intrustion or structural deterioration.

A resin-impregnated liner is positioned inside the damaged section and cured to form a new structural lining within the existing pipe.

Blueline can be adapted for a range of pipe materials and configurations, including certain bends, junctions, vertical sections and changes in diameter.

For customers, this means a suitable damaged pipe may be structurally rehabilitated from within, rather than only clearing a blockage or repairing one visible fault.

Meet Greg; he’s been with Semtex for five years and is one of our Nuflow OGs. As our Nuflow Foreman, he brings plenty of experience to the crew and keeps our relining jobs running smoothly, usually with a bit of banter along the way.

If he's not on site, Greg’s a family man, keeping busy with his two kids and wife. When duck season rolls around, you can bet he’ll be out duck shooting, and when he’s not doing that, you’ll often find him at Bahmi Craft tucking into his favourite pork belly bahmi.

Experienced, hardworking and always up for a laugh, Greg’s a big part of the Nuflow crew. 👏

🧩 Pipe networks are rarely made up of one simple, straight section.

Many systems include bends, junctions, vertical stacks and changes in diameter, all of which can make damaged areas harder to reach and more complex to rehabilitate.

These sections require a repair approach that considers the full pipe layout, not just the most visible fault.

Depending on the application, specialised trenchless systems may be able to restore complex sections without opening up every area the pipe passes through.

That is why a proper assessment matters. The solution needs to suit the configuration, the damage and the way the system operates.

A fun Friday afternoon with the whole team 👊🏻

Last Friday, the Semtex & Nuflow teams came together for an interactive workshop with , an award-winning leadership expert and facilitator. It was all about strengthening our team, sharpening communication and building the kind of workplace culture we're proud of.

We wrapped it all up with some questionable ten-pin bowling form, some laughs, pizza and a few drinks to celebrate the week.

A huge thank you to Ellen for facilitating the afternoon and sharing her story, the whole afternoon gave us a new insight into what true leadership and collaboration really means.
