Off to a great start, to a new family home in Mission Hills - Napier, Hawke's Bay

The foundations have completed by BBH Construction & this week the frames are up as Cam White Carpentry ltd starts this awesome house.

The KH205 is always popular with families, as it has a generous lounge, family room & a kids lounge – lots of space for everyone. A common alteration is the addition of a walk-in pantry!

Make it yours 🏡

One of the best parts of building is adding those personal touches that turn one of our standard A1homes plans into a home that feels completely your own.

A feature wall is a simple way to add texture, depth and personality to a space. This one uses the Resene Paint FX Limewash effect, applied with the crow’s foot technique to create a beautifully textured finish.

It’s a great example of how thoughtful finishing touches can make a big impact, without changing the bones of the plan.

Inspired to add your own touch? Explore our range of A1homes plans and start thinking about how you could make one your own.
