She’s finished - and we’re in. 🙌

After months of watching it all come together, we’re proud to officially call 1175 Maraekakaho Road home.

From an empty site to PGC’s new HQ, this final timelapse captures the journey from start to finish — and the huge amount of work that went into creating a space built for our team and the future of PGC.

A fantastic effort by the team, with the new homes now ready to welcome their tenants.

Another project proudly handed over 🏠

PGC recently completed and handed over 11 new Kāumātua units as part of the Tātau Tātau o Te Wairoa Te Rauā project.

Our team has worked to deliver these purpose-built homes, providing quality, comfortable housing for kaumātua within the local community.

It’s great to see this stage of the masterplan complete and the homes ready for their new occupants.

This morning was a pretty special one for the PGC team, holding our first all-staff toolbox at our new HQ.

We were joined by the team from Mates4Life, who put on a great breakfast for the crew and shared more about their mission to empower our community with the skills to help prevent su***de.

PGC is proud to be working closely alongside Mates4Life, giving our people the opportunity to build their knowledge, confidence and skills to look out for their mates – both at work and beyond.

A great morning bringing our crew together, starting important conversations and looking out for one another.

Because at PGC, we’re built by great people.

Things are progressing well at our Willowpark Development in Hastings, in partnership with TUMU Group 🏠

All exterior and brick cladding is now complete, with the scaffolding soon to come down as the team shifts focus inside and gets underway with the internal fit-out.

The six new homes are really starting to come together, with just a couple of months to go until they’re ready to be handed over to the community.

Another sneak peek at something we’re pretty excited about… 👀

Next week, PGC is officially on the move, relocating into our new HQ on Maraekakaho Road in Hastings.

These snaps, taken a few weeks ago, give you a glimpse of just how impressive the new build is shaping up to be – and there’s been plenty more progress since then.

It’s been pretty special watching our own new home come together, built by the same great people who make PGC what it is.

We can’t wait to move in next week and share the finished product with you soon. Stay tuned!

Our Havelock North development, in partnership with TUMU Group, continues to take shape – and the interiors are looking impressive.

Tiling is now complete and joinery has been installed across all six units, bringing another stage of this development together.

With plenty of finishing touches still to come, it’s great to see the quality and detail taking shape inside these new homes.

It was all go late last week, with the foundations poured for six new residential units on Queen Street, Hastings, in partnership with TUMU Group.

It was a busy morning on site, with Hawkes Bay Concrete Services Limited, Bird Concrete Pumping and Spraying, and Firth Certified Concrete all working together to get the job done.

With the foundations now in place, the team is moving on to the civil drainage works before the ground-floor frames are delivered to site.

Another great project taking shape, being built by great people – and we’re looking forward to seeing this one come to life.

The development will deliver six new residential units, made up of three two-storey duplexes.

Progress is already taking shape onsite, with the slabs prepped and ready for the foundation concrete pour this Friday.

Another exciting build underway with a great team behind it – because PGC is built by great people.
