Had an awesome day out on friday with a few smaller arborist companies Tree Technician & Bridger Arboriculture at an aerial rescue day hosted by Adam AK ARB NZ.

It was a great chance to get different skill levels together, have a play in the trees, share a few tricks and learn from each other. Plenty of laughs along the way too!

Being the youngest one there, I really appreciate the old boys sharing their knowledge and experience. 😉
There’s always something to learn from those who have been doing it for years! 👌

This is one of the things I love about being part of the arborist community — we might all be out there doing our own thing, but working together, sharing knowledge and helping each other get better makes everyone stronger. 🤝🌳

🚁🌳 When your drone decides it belongs in a tree…
A couple of tourists found themselves in a bit of a predicament at the Rakaia River when their drone decided to take an unexpected detour — straight into a tree! 😅

Luckily, they gave me a call and I was able to safely climb up and recover their drone from its leafy new home. 🌳🚁

You never quite know what the next job will bring — from tree removals and pruning to drone rescues, I am always happy to help!

🌲 One tall pine, one close stock fence!

This pine was too close to the stock fence to safely fell in one piece, so it had to be dismantled in sections from the top down🌳

Helped a friend out yesterday with some landscaping, but first had to remove the rotten tree trunk and get the stump grinder in!

What a transformation! Now all they have to do is watch the grass grow!
