Got a few trees that have basically decided to become a forest?

It doesn't take long for things to get out of hand especially on larger properties where there's always something else that needs doing.

Whether they need thinning, trimming, tidying up or some need to come out altogether, Craig can get them back under control.

You don't need to know exactly what needs doing either.

Trees are great... until they've grown so much that the house and garden spend half the day in the shade.

A good trim can open things back up, let more light through and still keep the tree as part of the garden.

Amazing what taking a bit off the top can do

Cleaning it all up afterwards is where the fun really starts

When we remove or prune a tree, we don't leave you with a backyard full of branches and a new weekend project.

We chip it, clear it and take the rubbish away.

It happens slowly… until one day you look outside and realise it's towering over the house.

A big tree isn't necessarily a problem, but if it's getting too close to buildings, dropping leaves in the guttering, blocking light, has snapping branches or simply outgrowing the space, it might be time to give it some attention.

Sometimes a good prune is all that's needed. Sometimes there's a bit more work involved.

We love getting out onto the larger properties around North Canterbury and getting everything back into shape.

It's not always about removing a tree. Sometimes all a tree needs is a little care.

A good prune can improve the tree's health, reduce the risk of falling branches, let more light into your property, and keep everything looking tidy.

We always look at what's best for the tree and the property before recommending the right approach.

Because not every tree, shrub or bush or hedge needs to come down.

We've been keeping up with tree maintenance of late. A little maintenance today can prevent a bigger job later on down the track.

Regular pruning and trimming helps keep trees healthy, improves appearance, and prevents branches from becoming a problem around fences, buildings, and outdoor living areas.

These were trimmed back and tidied up, keeping the space looking neat and manageable.
