We're excited to share that the Building Consent for our latest Rolleston project at Aspect Street was approved in just two days - with zero Requests for Information (RFIs) from council.

While that's a fantastic achievement for our team, the real benefit is for our clients. Strong planning, accurate documentation, and great collaboration help reduce delays, create certainty, and keep projects moving forward smoothly.

With a mid-century mood, this home leans into classic mid-century principles, clean horizontal lines, low-slung roof form, strong geometry.

The flat roof profile and deep overhangs create that iconic silhouette. Heritage red Brickwork anchors the design with warmth , while the breeze-block feature wall adds texture, filtered light, and a subtle nod to 1950s modernism.

Notice the recessed entry, layered planes, timber detailing, and soft integrated lighting pulling you inward.

📍 Project Update | Gerald Street Development

We’re pleased to share that resource consent has been approved for the Gerald Street development - a mixed-use project that will add both commercial and residential value to the area.

The approved design includes two ground-floor commercial office tenancies, a fish and chip shop, and student accommodation located on the upper level, carefully integrated to support both street activity and residential use.

Securing resource consent marks a key milestone for this project, and we’re excited to see it progress from drawings to construction in the coming year.
