⚠️ STORM AUSTEN - STAY SAFE, CORNWALL! 🌬️

An amber wind warning is in place for all of Cornwall from 3am–10am tomorrow (Friday 23rd October), with gusts of 60–70mph widely and up to 80mph on exposed headlands.

With strong winds on the way, it’s worth taking a few minutes to check your garage door before the storm arrives. 🚪

✔️ Make sure your garage door is fully closed and secure.
✔️ Check for any obvious damage or loose parts.
✔️ Keep the door closed during the storm and avoid using it in particularly strong winds.
✔️ Never attempt to repair or adjust a garage door in windy conditions.

If your garage door is damaged or becomes unsafe following the storm, please don’t try to fix it yourself.

From all of us at Cornwall Garage Door Centre, take care and stay safe. 💙
