We are now planning developments for the end of 2026 and 2027.

Hinged works with developers and builders across Cornwall and Devon, offering a fully managed kitchen and interior service from first conversation through to after-sales support. Every project is handled on a case-by-case basis, so whether you are planning four units or forty, the service is built around your development.

For developers, that means a tender package with CGI images, plans and a full cost summary. It means pre-let and pre-contract meetings. It means our team attending meet-and-greets with potential buyers, presenting upgrades and helping to close sales. It means plot-by-plot delivery, checked by Hinged staff on arrival, with rapid turnaround on stock items thanks to our supplier being just over an hour from Cornwall.
