We can’t stop admiring the polished concrete floors at our Jezzine build! An outstanding result from the team at Polished Concrete & Hiperfloor .

We only had a brief moment to enjoy them before covering them up to keep them protected for the remainder of construction.

Next up: stairs, timber flooring upstairs and tiling as this beautiful home continues to take shape.

Nortè ✨

The finer details are coming together at Nortè, and we’re loving the progress.

From crazy pave terraces beneath soaring double-height ceilings to waterfall stone benchtops, integrated appliances and skylights above the baths—there’s something special taking shape in every space.

With internal painting starting this week, we’re excited to see the next layer of finishes bring these homes to life.

Scaffolding is officially down at Norté on Gregory! 🙌 This exciting milestone brings us one step closer to completing this boutique development.

Next up for Building A: finalising the Knotwood cladding, lower-level external finishes and internal sheeting.

Building B is making great progress too, with internal painting now underway! 👏

Great to have Townsville Mayor Nick Dametto and members of the Townsville City Council team out at our sold-out Nortè on Gregory development today.

We’re grateful for Council’s support and the development incentives that help make boutique projects like Nortè possible in Townsville.

It was also great to chat about what’s next — Cove on Mitchell Street — which we’re looking forward to bringing to life, with construction set to commence in early 2027.

Jezzine Build Update 🏡 swipe to see!

From concept to reality. With the scaffold coming down this week, we’re finally getting a proper look at the façade and seeing this home really take shape.

Next up, we move into the internal works and get started on the rear shed. And don’t worry — we haven’t forgotten the signature arches still to come!

COVE | DA APPROVED

We have now received Development Approval for Cove! A huge milestone for us as we move another step closer to breaking ground on this exciting development.
