For many families, school holidays mean sleep-ins and lazy mornings. For us, they also mean little boots on the worksite, learning alongside Mum and Dad.
Being a family business isn't just about running a company—it's about raising the next generation to understand the value of hard work, responsibility, and taking pride in what you do. Whether it's handing Dad a tool, helping clean up, or simply watching how a job comes together, every little moment is a lesson that can't be taught in a classroom.
