Who needs a vacation when your backyard looks like this? 🌴☀️

We built this Wilmington family a full outdoor living addition: a covered lounge with ceiling fans and a TV wall, an outdoor kitchen, a dining area, and drop-down screens for bug-free evenings. All of it sits steps from the pool. Custom palm railings tie it together. 🌿

Sunroom ➡️ bedroom extension + home office 🏡💻

This Wilmington family needed more space, not a new house. We took their sunroom down to the studs and rebuilt it as part of the bedroom, with room for a dedicated office. We added new framing, house wrap, new windows and a slider, and insulation in the floor, walls and ceiling, so it’s comfortable to work in all year.

Working from home without a real workspace? Let’s change that. 👇

Bring the resort lifestyle to your own backyard! 🌴☀️

We are putting the final touches on this incredible large back patio addition in the Wilmington area. This outdoor oasis features a built-in outdoor kitchen with aluminum cabinets and a premium grill. We also integrated the existing gazebo, added custom privacy screens, installed sleek ceiling fans, and prepped the space for a hot tub. With the fresh stucco and tile finish right next to the pool, it feels like a private luxury resort!

Turning a sunroom into the ultimate family room! 🍿🎬

We absolutely loved working with Brendon to bring this vision to life. From framing and drywall to installing the mini-split and finishing out this incredible home theater space, our team handled every detail.

At GHHP Construction, we pride ourselves on clear communication, professional problem-solving, and keeping projects budget-friendly. In fact, we finished this renovation $5,000 under budget, allowing the homeowners to make the space even more fun than they originally envisioned!

Respecting your property is just as important as building it! 🔨☀️

We are back at our Wilmington sunroom remodel, and the materials have officially landed. We just received our delivery of treated and regular lumber, OSB for the walls, 2x6 joists, and subflooring.

Before the delivery forklift rolled through the double gates, our team laid down half-inch plywood across the lawn to ensure the heavy equipment didn't tear up the grass. This quick extra step protects the homeowner's yard and saves everyone the hassle and cost of replacing sod later on. It’s the little details that make the GHHP difference!

There is nothing we value more than a five-star review from a happy homeowner! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved working with Kenny and Rodie Graves to design and build this custom, multi-level patio that flawlessly integrated into their existing gazebo. Complex outdoor additions require expert problem-solving and exceptional craftsmanship, and our team is dedicated to treating your investment like our own.

It is all in the details! 🔨☀️

We are officially closing in this sunroom to make it a fully conditioned, year-round space complete with new framing, insulation, and a mini-split AC system. But the real magic is happening from the ground up. To eliminate the large height gap between the sunroom and the house, we are installing custom joists, a v***r barrier, and floor insulation.

This extra step deadens sound, keeps the temperature consistent, and ensures the new subfloor is perfectly flush with the interior for a flawless, seamless transition. It might sound like a lot of work, but doing it right the first time is what the GHHP team is all about!
