The weather is finally cooling off and we’re ready to take things outside ☀️

Football on, drinks poured, family and friends gathered… an outdoor living space makes this time of year even better.

The architecture. The natural light. The layers. 🩵 Zoom in and peep the details of this pretty living room.

Our fave highlight is the custom blue media cabinet. Tailored with bamboo trim and oversized brass hardware, it’s the perfect contrast to the other soft, neutral textures in the room.

Neutral doesn’t have to mean white. We love the warmth this creamy vanity brings to this powder room, especially paired with the statement brass pulls. Soft and classic…but with a little more personality. 💁🏽‍♀️

A moment for the details. 🤍 We layered soft textures & warm finishes to create a den that feels cozy and inviting. The goal was a space for family to pile in, to laugh a little too loudly, and to make the kind of memories that last long after the project is finished. Did we nail it?

This primary bedroom had so much potential, but the layout needed some rethinking to make better use of the generous footprint. (Swipe for the before >>>) In this corner, we carved out a quiet sitting area perfectly positioned to take in views of the Intracoastal. 🌊 A soft, cozy palette, custom millwork, and layered furnishings are giving warmth and calm in this room.

It’s all about designing space for the way YOU live. What would you do with a corner like this? 👇

What do you see when you walk into a room like this?

We saw potential with the natural light and existing architecture…..

The goal was to enhance what was already working and give the space a lighter, more collected point of view.

We started with a renovating the fireplace with timeless marble surround and custom mantle. Then we layered in soft neutrals and shades of blue to enhance the overall flow.

When doing a renovation, sometimes you have to embrace the angles that a home gives you. We leaned into the angled architecture with a moody blue palette, warm white oak vanity, bold veined marble, and pretty brass details for this powder room tucked beneath the stairs. After -> Before.
