To properly set the floor for this kitchen we need to bring out the tile spacers. An incredible tool to get your tile spacing and height uniform throughout the whole floor. We use these constantly. For floors, shower walls, etc.

We all know how quickly a backyard can become a bigger project than we ever intended. And let's face it, spending a weekend clearing brush isn't usually at the top of anyone's wish list!

Luckily, our gorillas don't mind playing outside.

For this Tulsa backyard, our team rolled up their sleeves to clear vegetation and make room for new cedar privacy fencing, walk gates, and a concrete patio.

The result? A little more privacy, a lot more usable space, and that fresh cedar smell we never get tired of.

We shared some before-and-after photos of this project, along with a few tips for keeping cedar fencing looking great for years to come.

The final product doesn’t always come in a day. It takes several steps over several days to correctly and safely make the remodel you want. We pride ourselves on how efficient and quickly we can work. But we never sacrifice quality for speed. Because when you do things safely and correctly the first time, it ends up always being faster.

BEYOND THE BUILD | Life in the Swim Lane 🏊

If you've talked to us over the past few years, there's a decent chance we were sitting at a swimming pool when that conversation happened!

For those who don't know, we have two kids who swim competitively here in Owasso. Which means our evenings and weekends often revolve around practices, swim meets, and figuring out what time we have to be at a pool next.

Chelsea grew up swimming, so she knew what we were getting into. Mike? Not so much. 😂 But he's jumped right in, learned the lingo, and become one of their biggest cheerleaders.

Somewhere between running a remodeling business, juggling schedules, and spending an impressive number of hours on pool bleachers, we've gotten pretty good at making it all work.

And while the business keeps us busy, these two are the reason we'll always make time to be in the stands.
