Just a update about the week we have been having, tear out and replace bad siding and fasia, pressure wash everything to loosen existing paint that was peeling, scrape everything else that was loose, and we have started the primer on everything that was ready for it, some of the window seals were rotted so we had to remove the storm windows to cut them out and set in seals, our focus is always to prevent anymore damage, exterior damage will eventually become interior problem. Stay tuned more to come on this one.

This old AC unit was causing water damage on the drywall, luckily the client caught it early before there was wood damage. So after removing the drywall and letting it air out we replaced the AC and to get it closed up for the evening we trimmed and sealed the outside, came back the next day put the drywall up and matched the texture.

We always encourage you reach out the minute you see any water damage, let's find where the water is coming in from repair the issue and fix the drywall to keep your family safe and healthy.

This was a abandoned wasp nest and the client noticed when they would use there vent hood in there kitchen it seemed restricted like the air couldn't get out, when I arrived they had already removed the vent hood and had it opened, so after running a camera up the vent and not seeing anything I hopped on the roof and noticed it right at the exit of the vent, using a shop vac and pole we were able to remove it safely, that evening when they were cooking dinner they immediately noticed a difference.

This client is moving from out of state and before they moved in they wanted the shower to be operational, they have plans on building out a bathroom later but needed a shower/tub immediately and after a couple of ideas passed around this budget build is what they landed on.

More to come with this property once they are more established here but they are very excited about the move to Oklahoma.
