Moody, dramatic, and a little bit haunted in the best way. Dark plaster walls, a glossy black ceiling, a candlelit chandelier, and a four-poster bed with a fireplace glowing behind it. Your bedroom is allowed to have a personality.

Send us a message and let’s build one that’s unmistakably yours.

No prompts, no filters. Just a team that builds what you can picture. From the first frame to the last finish, everything you see here was built by hand.

Ready to start yours? Send us a message.

Dark wood, glass front cabinets, and soft lighting make this closet feel more like a boutique than storage. If yours is currently a wire rack and a prayer, consider this your sign.

Let’s build yours. Message us and we’ll start with how you want it to feel.

It’s wild to watch a build come full circle. First it’s dirt, framing, and green wrap. Then it’s a finished home with a pool, terraces, and a view you’ll never get tired of.

Thinking about building? Reach out to us and let’s start the story of your home.

We’re proud and a little humbled to share some big news: Markway Construction is partnering with the Gary Sinise Foundation 🇺🇸

Through the Foundation’s R.I.S.E. program, we’ll be building mortgage-free, specially adapted smart homes for the people who’ve given so much for us: wounded veterans, first responders injured in the line of duty, and the families who stand beside them.

Our first build is for Travis “T.J.” Brown. T.J. served as a Ferguson police officer on SWAT, mentored St. Louis kids through the Police Athletic League, and is a devoted dad to two daughters. On August 9, 2024, he was seriously injured in the line of duty. Today he’s relearning movement one step at a time, with his mom Barbara by his side every day.

We’re building T.J. and his family a home in the St. Charles area where he can keep healing with the people he loves close by.

We build homes every day. Getting to build one that gives a hero back some independence is something our whole team will never forget. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to give back to someone who spent his career showing up for others.

Stay tuned. Soon there’ll be a way for you to help support T.J.’s home too. Follow along for updates. 🏡

A little wet bar. Charcoal cabinets, a marble backsplash, and antique brass fixtures in a small space that works as hard as it looks. It’s perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night.

Save this for your own plans, and DM us to start yours.

It’s perfectly fine to ask your husband for a massage room, a sauna, and a glowing salt wall in your basement for Christmas this year. We’ll even say it’s a great idea.

Send this to the person who needs to see it, then reach out when you’re ready to make the wish list real.

Every Markway home is built by a lot of hands. October is Careers in Construction Month, so we’re saying thank you to the people behind every build.

The architects who turn a vision into blueprints. The framing carpenters who build the bones of the house. The plumbers, electricians, and HVAC pros who bring power, water, and comfort to every room. The stone masons who build walls that last for generations. The finish carpenters who fit every cabinet and piece of trim by hand. And the superintendents who keep every trade on schedule and make sure it’s built right.

If you’ve ever thought about a career in the trades, this is your sign. It’s hard work, it’s skilled work, and at the end of it you get to point at something real and say “I built that.”

Thank you to everyone who builds with us. And if you’re ready to build something of your own, send us a message and let’s get started.
