From $1,000 in approved repairs to a $40,000 full roof replacement. ‼️
When this homeowner’s insurance claim was initially reviewed, the insurance company only approved roughly $1,000 for 3 turbines and 2 shingles. 😮💨
Over the next 7 months, Neal Lathem worked closely with the homeowner and insurance company. He put together a 30+ page inspection report and coordinated with the roofing manufacturer and supplier to provide supporting letters documenting damage and details missed during the initial assessment. 📝
