Tearout and rebuild custom shelves and cabinet doors. Prep and prime only.

Small Bathroom Remodel. Removed old vanity and installed a new vanity. Fabricated a surround shelf for backsplash. Added plumbing for second sink. Removed old tub and installed shower base and walls.

Rebuilt the steps,and extended the roof out 5 ft. to cover the steps. Stained and sealed the wood.

After removing the bathtub, I framed in the walls. InstaIled the shower pan, drain, and made necessary plumbing changes, including connecting the manifold or valve and shower stem. I installed acrylic wall panels, shower trim, and additional hardware. I trimmed out the surrounding area around the shower and painted.

The enclosure built around the washer and dryer was barely enough space for the appliances to fit. The cabinet and shelf mounted, added to the clutter in an already tight space. I tore down and rebuilt the enclosure about 10” wider than the previous. I removed the existing cabinet and shelf. I built two box shelves 5 foot in length and 14 inches deep, allowing more space for storage. Then prepped and painted.

I slipped up on “before” pictures. The room was an addition to the house. The ceiling and walls had water damage from a roof leak. I put white beadboard on the walls. I tore out the damaged ceiling tile. I put in 4x8 paneling. They were out of white, so I went with gray and decided I would paint. Fabricated a beam and ripped some 1x’s to add a decorative look to the ceiling. I took out the old light fixtures and installed 4 can lights and a ceiling fan mounted to the beam. Installed new trim around windows and doors.
