Looking to start a long-term career in the HVAC industry? We’re hiring an HVAC Sales Trainee / Job Coordinator! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, meeting clients, problem solving, and is motivated to grow and succeed. You’ll gain hands-on experience alongside experienced sales staff, technicians, installers, and project managers while building valuable industry knowledge and career skills. This paid trainee position is designed to develop into an outside sales role for the right candidate.
🌬🔥Sales Support
Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC sales opportunities
Learn HVAC systems, products, and estimating basics
Follow up with customers and help maintain strong client relationships
Support proposal preparation and customer communication
Participate in training and ride-alongs with senior team members
Transition within 12 months to outside sales position with room for growth
🌬🔥Job Coordination
Coordinate schedules between customers, technicians, and installers
Assist with project timelines and material deliveries
Communicate job updates with customers and internal teams
Prepare permits, job folders, and closeout documentation
Help keep projects organized and moving efficiently
🌬🔥Administrative Support
Answer customer inquiries professionally
Maintain organized job files
Support office operations as needed
Communicate with vendors and subcontractors

Strong communication and customer service skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Calendar
HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
Valid driver’s license required
💪 Physical Requirements 💪
Ability to perform site visits at residential and commercial job sites
Comfortable accessing crawlspaces, attics, rooftops, and mechanical rooms
Ability to climb ladders and navigate active construction environments
Ability to work in varying weather conditions during site visits
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
