Another 5-star review! Thanks, Kevin, for the recommendation. Keeping our job sites clean and projects organized is something we take seriously. It's always nice when that gets noticed!

A little progress on one of our remodeling projects!

The new countertops and undermount sink are in, and things are starting to come together. Still have a few finishing touches to take care of, but it's always nice seeing a project get closer to completion.

Construction Myth: The lowest bid saves you money.

Not always. I've seen plenty of projects where the cheapest quote ends up costing the homeowner more in the long run.

Sometimes things are left out of the estimate, cheaper materials are used, or corners get cut to keep the price down.

When comparing contractors, make sure you're comparing the same scope of work, materials, and quality. The lowest price isn't always the best value.

Another 5-star review!

Thanks, Jeff! I appreciate the kind words and recommendation. Building quality homes at a reasonable price is something I take a lot of pride in, and it's great to hear that recognized.

Looking forward to continuing to make a difference in our community!

A little behind the scenes at Rouer Construction & Development.

We've got a few projects in the works, including new home construction, remodeling, and some smaller projects mixed in.

A lot of my time is spent behind the scenes working on plans, permits, estimates, and coordinating with subcontractors to keep everything moving.

Not every day is spent on a job site, but there's always something going on!

FAQ: How long does it take to build a custom home?

Most custom homes take around 8 to 12 months to build once construction starts, depending on the size, design, and complexity.

But there's also a lot that happens before breaking ground. Plans, engineering, permitting, and selections can add several months to the process.

If you're thinking about building a custom home next year, now is a good time to start planning.

Another 5-star review!

Thank you, Marie! I'm glad you're happy with how Max's bathroom turned out. It was a pleasure working with you!

We take a lot of pride in making the remodeling process as smooth as possible, so reviews like this mean a lot.
