Great buildings are a team effort, and we’re proud to have been the builders behind the new Clubhouse at The Colony at White Pine Canyon.

From foundation to finishing touches, our crew brought the design vision to life with the craftsmanship and care this community deserves. Today, it’s a warm, welcoming gathering place where members can meet neighbors, linger over a meal, and enjoy a beautiful building in one of the best settings in Park City.

Thank you to the Colony community for trusting us with this project, and to the architects, designers, and trades who made it happen. It’s an honor to build spaces where people come together.

There’s a reason deep blue feels like exhaling.

Navy, indigo, and midnight tones lower the visual noise in a room. Studies on color psychology consistently link blue with calm, focus, and a lower sense of urgency, which is why a deep blue wall can make a space feel both more intimate and more composed. It’s the color of a clear mountain sky just after sunset, and in Park City, we know that light well.

In a design-build project, color is never an afterthought. Our architects, builders, and interior designers work as one team, so the way a deep blue plays against natural stone, warm woods, or winter light is considered from the first sketch, not chosen at the end.

In Park City, we build with the mountains in mind: reclaimed wood beams overhead, hand-set stone accents grounding the space, and a mountain-modern take on the coffered ceiling that adds depth, warmth, and a quiet sense of craft.
