Check out this conversion and addition for ADA accessibility!
Not a traditional layout, but it’s perfect for this homeowner. Dining room converted to a bedroom, removing the half bar between this room and the kitchen. New sheetrock, trim and paint- cut out for a pocket door that leads to the zero barrier entry bathroom and shower, everything all ADA compliant for him in the addition.
Loved doing this one.
Can’t wait to get back there and get him a ramp done. ♥️
