At Johnson Thermal Systems in Boise, Idaho, Consurco installed MAPEI USA Ultratop Terrazzo throughout the lobby and entrance, featuring a custom blend of colored aggregates specifically chosen by the client.
Our team polished the surface to an 800-grit sheen, then densified, sealed, and burnished the floor to complete the finish.

Ultratop combines a distinctive terrazzo appearance with practical benefits:

We just finished up a project at a WNBA Basketball Training Facility in Oregon. Consurco installed complementary flooring systems that bring together architectural appeal and hardworking performance.

🔹 12,000 sq-ft of polished concrete Finished to a Level 3 polish (800 grit), with stained sections adding warmth, depth, and character to the facility.

🔹 1,700 sq-ft of TRU PC A high-performance, self-leveling, cement-based topping applied over prepared concrete, then ground and polished to expose the aggregate. TRU PC creates a refined, polished-concrete appearance with a dense, durable surface.

🔹 1,500 sq-ft of HybriFlex coating system A decorative multilayer system featuring flakes and a polyaspartic topcoat, bringing a distinctive finish to additional areas of the facility.

Working alongside TJ Nisbet, the general contractor, Consurco completed two flooring solutions at Grand Prix Motors in Portland, Oregon, each tailored to the demands of its space.

🔹 27,100 sq-ft of polished concrete | Vehicle Showroom - A clean, modern finish that complements the vehicles on display while providing a durable surface for a busy showroom. The polished concrete brings a refined, cohesive look to the space, letting the cars take center stage.

🔹 8,100 sq-ft of Tremco PUMA EWS Vehicular Traffic Coatings | Vehicle Repair Area - Built for the demands of the service environment, this system provides abrasion, impact, and chemical resistance, along with waterproofing protection for the concrete below. Its rapid-curing technology also supports a faster return to service after installation.

A few years ago, our team had the opportunity to install this polished concrete floor at Power Engineers, and it’s still a great example of why polished concrete continues to be one of our favorite flooring systems.

Polished concrete delivers more than just a clean, professional look. It’s extremely durable, easy to maintain, resistant to heavy foot traffic, and eliminates the need for coatings or floor coverings that may eventually peel, chip, or wear out.

One of the biggest advantages is that the finish can also be renewed over time.

Many of our polished concrete clients have us return every couple of years to clean, recondition, and renew the finish. A maintenance polish and burnish can bring back the clarity, reflectivity, and protection of the original floor without having to replace the flooring system.

That means a properly installed polished concrete floor can continue looking great for years while keeping long-term maintenance costs low.

The floor at Power Engineers is a perfect example of a system designed not just to look good when we leave the jobsite, but to perform for the long haul.

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Accounting & Project Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices, payments, and credit card reports
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with bookkeeping and account reconciliation
Support project administration and coordination
Track project costs and budgets
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other project documentation
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members
Assist with general office and administrative duties

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, project administration, or a related role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with accounting or project management software is a plus
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
