We were delighted to commemorate the groundbreaking of the new Arts & Athletic Center at St. Mary-Basha Catholic School located in Chandler, Arizona!

This memorable morning united students, faculty, school leaders, and local community members to celebrate the launch of this thrilling initiative. We felt privileged to listen to insightful words from Mayor Kevin Hartke of Chandler, along with Principal Lyon.

Knipp Commercial is thrilled to act as the general contractor, collaborating with Adaptive Architects and Shea Homes to turn this vision into reality.

Beyond being merely a new construction, the Arts & Athletic Center will create an environment for students to learn, compete, innovate, and build lasting memories for years to come.

We extend our gratitude to St. Mary-Basha Catholic School for entrusting us with this significant endeavor. We look forward to kicking off the project!

The NOX Music Performance Venue is an exciting upcoming venture, crafted through a collaborative effort between Adaptive Architects and DLR Group, who have focused on the Architecture and Interiors to create a design that aligns with the client's vision while ensuring meticulous attention to detail. On May 13, 2026, a memorable celebration took place as we marked the successful conclusion of our project at the St. Rose Philippine Duchesne Roman Catholic Church! The touching blessing and dedication led by Bishop John Dolan provided us with an incredible opportunity to witness the tangible outcomes of our hard work. Our heartfelt gratitude extends to everyone who contributed to transforming this dream into a reality. The Church now stands as a testament to our collective efforts, clearly showcasing the power of collaboration. We aspire for this Church to support the Parish and its community for many future generations!
