Planted Team Day!! 🎃🌿

Yesterday, we stepped away from our usual routine to celebrate a wonderful fall season at Planted Garden Co. with a visit to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens!

The gardens are absolutely gorgeous right now with fall fall color - and the scarecrows and pumpkin displays are such a sight to see!

I couldn’t be more grateful for these talented women and the heart they bring to Planted every day. It’s such a joy to work alongside people who love and appreciate the garden as much as I do!

Here’s to many more beautiful seasons ahead! 💕

Atlanta’s best kept secret? The fall garden. 🍂🌱

Cooler temperatures, less pest pressure, and an incredible variety of crops make this one of our favorite times to grow. Our Planted Garden Club gardens are all planted and settling in, and we couldn’t be happier for a fresh season!

Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, beets, carrots, leafy greens, and fresh herbs all have their moment to shine. And the best part? Homegrown food to share around our holiday tables in the coming months.🎉

Atlanta’s long growing season is something special, and we love making the most of it!

Our fall gardens are underway at Planted Garden Co! 🌱

Freshly planted beds, hands in the soil, and a new season to enjoy with our plantedgardenclub members!

The first half of fall planting is complete, with more to come as the weather cools. That’s one of the benefits of having a Planted garden coach: knowing what to plant, when to plant it, and how to work with Atlanta’s seasons.

One of my favorite parts of Garden Club is sharing this process with our members, from planting those first seeds to gathering something fresh for dinner.

We’re incredibly grateful to West Side Elementary for trusting Planted Garden Co. to design and build the new school garden. We cannot wait to bring it to life…and inspire a new generation of gardeners! 🐝

A beautiful garden is never static. It is thoughtfully tended from one season into the next. No two seasons ever looking the same.🌱

This week, our team began the transition to fall in our clients’ Atlanta gardens. While tomatoes, peppers, herbs, and flowers continue to produce, we are carefully making room for the first cool-season crops.

Timing matters, especially during an *exceptionally* warm Georgia September. We consider what is still thriving, which plants need the longest time to mature, where young seedlings will receive protection from the afternoon sun, and how irrigation should be adjusted as they become established.

The result is not an abrupt seasonal change, but a garden that continues to feel abundant, beautiful, and intentional throughout the transition.

This is the heart of our seasonal garden care: understanding what each garden needs now while thoughtfully preparing it for what comes next.

Fall is beginning to take root. 💚
