Coming it at ~$160k, this premium 3-part home addition utilizes some of the best materials we offer, has a total of 850 square ft across the 3 parts, and creates a space for this family that is simultaneously versatile, comfortable, and elegant. Here’s what it includes:

Room Addition:
This insulated, heated/cooled, and enclosed room addition is 160 square ft. It includes full electrical for lights and a TV, LifeProof LVP flooring, casement windows over static windows, full paint and trim, and a double glass-infill door leading to the deck.

Deck:
This beautiful 278 square ft PVC deck is built on a waterproofed frame, and is comprised of TimberTech’s Castle Gate finish in their Landmark series. It is surrounded by TimberTech’s aluminum handrail/baluster system, and a matching PVC cocktail rail cap. A powder-coated aluminum spiral staircase gives access to the ground level.

Under-Deck:
Underneath the deck is a powder-coated aluminum drainage system with waterproofed electrical for fans and lights. It is supported by a black PVC-protected frame, and screened it.
