Giving back to the communities where we live and work is a cornerstone of The Conlan Company culture. Recently, our Dallas team came together to support local families with a back-to-school drive by partnering with Children's Advocacy Center of Collin County!

Through the incredible generosity of our team, we collected 52 backpacks and raised $1,715 to support children in foster care and families in need. Beyond the donations, several of our team members spent time volunteering at the event. Seeing the smiles on the children’s faces and witnessing the firsthand impact of this drive was an unforgettable experience.

Happy National Intern Day! At The Conlan Company, summer internships can become life-long careers, because we don’t just hire employees – we invest in individuals. This summer, we welcomed 23 interns representing 12 different universities to the team!

We are incredibly proud of the hard work and fresh perspectives our interns bring to our projects every day. It is no secret why people who start here, finish here—many of our team members have been with us for more than two decades, and dozens started their careers as interns with us! Thank you to all of our interns for your dedication and for helping us build the future.

For our fourth consecutive year, our Atlanta team stepped up. Through employee donations and a company match, we proudly helped feed 464 children this summer. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making a tangible difference in our community!

We're thrilled to welcome 20 summer interns representing 12 different schools across the country to our Conlan family!

From the jobsite to the office, these students will be fully immersed in our construction operations, our industry, and our culture. And for many of them, this could be just the beginning – 14% of our team today started as Conlan interns, including three members of our current executive team.
