Something’s brewing in Taylorsville! 🥒

We're thrilled to showcase our latest build-to-suit project: a nearly 150,000 SF production facility for Grillo's Pickles (Irresistible Foods Group). This conventional steel facility is packed with high-spec features and specialized materials and systems, from PVC-wrapped piping to interior IMP walls, designed to stand the test of time and tackle the unique demands of a vinegar-based production.

From advanced ammonia refrigeration and a dedicated office area with a tornado shelter, to on-site wastewater treatment, this facility is built to handle it all. We’re proud to have delivered a space that’s as high-performance as the brand it supports!

Big progress in Augusta! Our team recently finished tilting panels at Project Azalea, our 169K SF build-to-suit last-mile fulfillment center. Watching a project take shape is always a highlight for our team, and we’re making incredible strides to get to the finish line.
