Elevator shaft we did for Menards.

Another basement wall tore out and dug back so we could put drain tile down and scratch coated with water proofing mortar. Have not had any problems even with all the rain we've been getting.

Previous brick was coming away from wall so home owner wanted these 2 columns demoed out and laid back up.

First elevator shaft I've done where there were steel beams and columns we had to block around. Had to make allot more cuts to hide beams and all. This was at the Menards Grand Island store
