We’re excited to celebrate the completion of Jade on Tremont, Phase II of the Davenport development.

This 132-unit multifamily community includes three 44-plex buildings, six detached garages, a clubhouse, dog park, fitness center, dog wash station, and pickleball court. At 141,650 SF, Jade on Tremont adds another thoughtfully designed community to the Davenport development.

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this project to completion. We’re proud to see Jade on Tremont come to life and look forward to the community it will provide for its residents.

to Hangar 55 in Hastings, Nebraska.

Completed in June 2024, Hangar 55 is an 82,000 SF senior living community featuring 78 units for residents 55 and older. Located in the newly developed Hastings Theatre District, this project brings together comfortable living spaces and amenities designed to support connection and community.

The building features an accessible elevator, (2) 8-stall garages, a fitness center, an in-house salon, a large entertainment and lounge space, and a dog park for residents to enjoy.

Projects like Hangar 55 remind us that construction is about more than building spaces. It’s about creating communities where people can feel at home, connect with others, and enjoy the places they live.

We’re proud to have been part of bringing this community to life and look forward to continuing to partner with developers who are creating meaningful housing opportunities for residents across the Midwest.

Progress is taking shape in Lincoln as we preserve the character of this historic building while helping bring new life to the space.

A former church is being transformed into the future home of Cadre Architecture + Design, along with four new apartments. The first coat of paint has started, flooring installation is underway, and cabinets are being installed this week.

We're excited to see the transformation continue as this historic space takes on a new purpose.

to Landing on Horizon in Grand Junction, Colorado. This was our 3rd Grand Junction development as we teamed up with Perry Reid Properties and Anthony Properties.

This complex features (6) 28-Plex buildings with attached garages, (6) detached garages, a clubhouse, a fitness center, a large gathering amenity space, and a pool for residents.

Projects like this remind us that multifamily construction is about creating neighborhoods where people can truly feel at home, not simply building apartments.

As demand for housing continues to grow across the Midwest and beyond, we're excited to partner with developers who are bringing new multifamily communities to life. Whether it's garden-style apartments, workforce housing, market-rate communities, or mixed-use developments, we're always looking forward to the next opportunity.

Building a project is one thing. Seeing it become part of a community is another.

We're proud to celebrate the Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening of the 23 Flats in Bellevue, a new apartment community that is NOW welcoming residents to one of the city's most vibrant and growing areas.

Projects like this don't happen without incredible collaboration. Thank you to the ownership team, our design partners, trade partners, the City of Bellevue, the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, and everyone who played a role in bringing this vision to life. We appreciate the trust and teamwork that made this project a success.

Congratulations to everyone involved and thank you to all who joined us to celebrate this exciting milestone. We're honored to have helped build another place that people will soon call home.

We're proud to be part of The Lean Builder community.

A great day celebrating the official Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening of 23 Flats in Bellevue!

Thank you to the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce for helping us celebrate this milestone, and to everyone who joined us today. Projects like these are only possible through the collaboration of an incredible owner, design team, trade partners, city staff, and our dedicated PRC team.

We're proud to have been part of bringing much-needed housing to the Bellevue community and look forward to seeing 23 Flats become a great place for residents to call home.

Progress update for Whispering Oaks in Council Bluffs, Iowa!

New drone photos are in! All three of the 32-plex buildings and the clubhouse are really coming together. Framing has started on the first of the six 9-plex buildings.
