Here are a couple recent soffit, fascia, siding projects. Over time without keeping up with the exterior maintenance, painting, caulking, etc. The rotting will come to a point where some caulking and painting won’t cut it.

This customer had some old rotting wood siding. We came in and removed that siding, added new osb sheathing, house wrap, vinyl board and batten siding as well as new soffit and fascia.

We’re honored to have been part of this incredible barn restoration project alongside DM Renovations.

This project was especially meaningful because the barn has been in the homeowner’s family for generations, having originally been built by his grandfather. Rather than tearing it down and starting over, the goal was to preserve its history while ensuring it would stand strong for many years to come.

We focused on retaining as much of the original structure and character as possible while installing a durable new exterior that will protect this piece of family history for future generations.

Where others may have seen a building beyond repair, we saw the opportunity to preserve something truly irreplaceable. A legacy filled with memories and meaning. We're grateful to have played a role in bringing the homeowner's vision to life and helping preserve a piece of local history.

Projects like these remind us that great craftsmanship isn't just about building something new, it's about preserving what matters most.

Friendly reminder as we head into this hot holiday weekend of fun: When cooking outside always pull your grill at least 5-10 feet away from any siding, even after shutting it down allow ample time for it to cool down and make sure to have proper ventilation! Any type of siding can take damage from high heat and flames but especially vinyl siding will begin to warp and melt if your grill is set up too close to it. Having a grill under a covered porch is great for staying out of the sun but depending how tall it is, sometimes can leave soot residue on your porch ceiling (soffit), which can be difficult and sometimes impossible to get off.

Another project complete! This customer had some old rotten siding cracking and falling off of their building and opted for new fiber cement lap siding.
