Good at photography?..no.
Good welding and fabricating?..YES!

This counterweight frame at a local concrete plant was all sorts of tweaked and worn out. With the help of plant personnel, we disassembled the counterweight, removed old bearings, installed new bearings, cut the old frame and guide rods out, built a new frame, installed new guide rods, reassembled the counterweight, then tested for proper operation.
