All Pro Lawn & Snow is looking for a dependable Lawn Technician to join our team for seasonal full-time work.
This position is for someone who takes pride in outdoor work, shows up on time, works hard, and understands that quality service depends on the whole team doing their part. Daily responsibilities may include mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, lawn care support, fertilizer and w**d control assistance, aeration, cleanup work, equipment care, and other seasonal property maintenance tasks.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with others. Attendance, reliability, communication, and teamwork are extremely important. We do not have room for drama, bad attitudes, or people who make the job harder for the rest of the crew.
Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person if they are dependable, coachable, respectful, and ready to work.
Seasonal full-time work available. Winter work may also be available as weather allows.
Hourly pay plus bonus opportunities — average total compensation around $21-$23/hour.
