Today, we’re proud to celebrate Landen’s one-year anniversary with our team as a Construction Field Superintendent.

Over the past year, Landen has proven to be so much more than a superintendent. He has been a leader, problem solver, communicator, facilitator, and trusted partner on every project he touches. From coordinating schedules and managing subcontractors to ensuring quality workmanship and keeping projects moving forward, Landen plays a critical role in our success every single day.

His responsibilities extend far beyond the jobsite. He serves as the bridge between project management, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients, ensuring everyone is aligned and working toward the same goal. Whether it’s addressing unforeseen challenges, maintaining safety standards, tracking project progress, managing deadlines, or finding solutions under pressure, Landen consistently rises to the occasion with professionalism and dedication.

One of the qualities we appreciate most is his ability to build strong relationships with our subcontractors and project partners. His respect for others, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right have earned the trust of everyone he works alongside.

The construction industry demands adaptability, accountability, and leadership, and Landen embodies all three. His hard work and commitment help drive successful outcomes for our clients and contribute greatly to the culture and reputation of our company.

We’re proud to have recently completed the build-out of GOAT's Table , Lincoln’s newest refined, sports-inspired restaurant!

From the beginning, we had the privilege of working alongside the incredible owners to bring their vision to life—creating a space that blends elevated design, great food, and the energy of sports, into an experience unlike anything else in Lincoln.

Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and it was incredibly rewarding to watch the vision come together from concept to completion.

A huge thank you to the G.O.A.T’s Table team for trusting P. Makinler Building Group to be part of this exciting project. We’re proud of the finished space and even more excited to see what’s ahead for this incredible new addition to Lincoln!
