Remodeling Project Manager / Lead Remodeler

SkyLimit Remodeling is hiring an experienced, hands-on Project Manager / Lead Remodeler to oversee residential remodeling projects, lead and train our field crew, and work alongside them.
What you’ll do
• Manage daily jobsite operations, schedules, crew assignments, and subcontractor coordination.
• Train crew members, solve problems, and maintain quality workmanship and safe jobsites.
• Perform skilled remodeling work, including kitchens, bathrooms, tile and waterproofing, cabinets, trim, flooring, drywall, and framing.
• Coordinate materials and communicate with homeowners, management, and the office.
• Keep project schedules, photos, progress updates, and documentation current in JobTread.
What you’ll bring
• Strong residential remodeling skills and experience leading a crew.
• Ability to read plans, manage labor and materials, and keep projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as JobTread, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Initiative, organization, dependable attendance, and clear communication.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
