Last week, members of our leadership team and staff had the opportunity to visit the OXYGEN8 headquarters for their Rep Summit and an in-depth factory tour.

It was a valuable experience to connect with fellow representatives, learn more about OXYGEN8's innovative approach to high-performance ventilation solutions, and get a firsthand look at the people, processes, and technology behind their products.

Members of our leadership team and staff recently had the opportunity to sit down with Kentucky Community & Technical College System President, Dr. Ryan Quarles, Dr. Erin Tipton, and Tanelle Sawyer to discuss the future of the HVAC industry and the critical role workforce development and career preparation plays in its continued success.

As the demand for skilled HVAC professionals continues to grow, conversations like these are more important than ever. We explored the technical and professional skills students need to be successful from day one, including hands-on training, emerging technologies, problem-solving, and real-world industry exposure.

By strengthening partnerships between industry leaders and educational institutions, we can help ensure students graduate with the knowledge, experience, and confidence needed to thrive in today's workforce.
