Keeping Kentucky schools cool, comfortable & ready to learn — that’s a job for ! ❄️🔧

Our crew recently completed the installation and piping of a rental fluid cooler at Clear Creek Elementary School.

So, what exactly is a fluid cooler? It’s a key part of a building’s cooling system that helps remove heat from the system and keep equipment operating at the temperatures it needs.

And with the brutal Kentucky heatwave we recently experienced, keeping that cooling capacity in place was especially important. This rental unit helped keep the school comfortable and operating without disruption — because nobody wants kids or staff trying to get through the school day in a hot building!

When Kentucky brings the heat (and soon to-be cold temps), brings the comfort. 😉

That’s a wrap on another great Kentucky School Plant Management Association Annual Conference! 🎉

From teeing it up on the golf course ⛳ to hosting sessions on Building Automations, Chiller Maintenance, and Boiler Maintenance, we stayed pretty busy!

We also got to catch up with old friends, meet plenty of new ones at the trade show, and enjoy some great networking over dinner. And yes… we even managed to get our truck inside Central Bank Center. 🚛😎

We’re proud to be an Executive Level Partner of KSPMA and even prouder to have been part of this organization for years.

A little (very little) sunshine, a little golf, and plenty of great conversations with our Kentucky School Plant Management Association friends. We’re always proud to support this organization that does so much for Kentucky’s school facilities and maintenance professionals.

This Memorial Day, remembers and honors the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

While most of us are firing up grills, hitting the lake, or arguing over who forgot the burger buns, today is really about remembering the heroes who gave us the freedom to enjoy those moments. ❤️🤍💙

Take a minute between the hot dogs and sunshine to reflect, remember, and appreciate those who served our nation with courage and sacrifice.
