A new layout and a fresh luxury look are exactly what this bathroom deserved ‍↕️

A closer look at the newest addition to this upstairs suite. 😍 A beautiful private bathroom gives a bedroom everything it needs to feel like a true suite.

What does it REALLY take to turn a bonus room into a full bedroom suite? 🛌🧸 Chris walked us through the details behind this renovation, where we transformed one large bonus room into a brand-new bedroom with:

• A private bathroom
• A large walk-in closet
• A new egress window

There’s a lot more that goes into a renovation like this
than what you see in the finished photos! 🔨

🫧 SHOWER TRANFORMATION 🫧
Can you believe that this is the same space?

The old tub and enclosed shower were replaced with a spacious walk-in shower featuring beautiful tilework. 🚿

Any ideas? 🧼 This is one of several bathrooms in a beautiful whole-home renovation we completed a while
back.

The client wanted a completely updated, sleek, modern look, and we’re always happy to deliver!

One of the most unique bathroom features we’ve done to date: This extra-large wrap-around vanity! Three mirrors, two sinks, a sitting space, and ample storage 🤩🤩

How many people do you think could get ready in here at once?

A new project is underway, and we’re so excited about this one! 👀We’re building a giant covered porch outside this home, so stay tuned to see how it turns out!

✨Mind if we show off for a minute? ✨😉 We want to share some photos of a beautiful whole-home renovation and all the incredible work that went into bringing it together:

• Redesigned kitchen, custom cabinetry, and built-ins throughout
• Updated living and gathering spaces
• New flooring and fresh finishes
• Statement lighting and detailed trim work

We’re grateful for the talented team that helped bring every detail together. There’s nothing better than looking back and seeing your home completely transformed (without moving!) 👏

Back porch project we are working on, this is going to be an awesome outdoor living area!!

PART 2: Detached unit, pool, and yard! 🛟 What do y’all think?

There’s a LOT to see around the back of this property. The detached structure is looking incredible, and plans for the poolside outdoor kitchen are taking shape! 🙌
