We are looking for a skilled, dependable, and experienced Roof Repair Technician to join our growing roofing company!
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, career-minded individual who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to providing quality service to our customers.
In this position, you will work alongside another experienced technician to diagnose roofing issues, locate leaks, and perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of residential and commercial roofing systems.
We are looking for someone with strong roofing knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time.

Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair roofing issues on residential and commercial properties.
Identify sources of roof leaks and determine appropriate repair solutions.
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on various roofing systems.
Work closely with another technician to complete repairs safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and other necessary equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and MIOSHA regulations.
Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous roofing experience is required, preferably with roof repairs and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and proper repair techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to accurately diagnose roofing issues.
Ability to work effectively with another technician while also taking initiative when needed.
Comfortable working at heights and performing physically demanding work.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Dependable, punctual, and a positive team player.
Commitment to workplace safety.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
