Nothing says Labor Day quite like… laboring. 🇺🇸🔨

Happy Labor Day from the CR3 crew — apparently we took the name of the holiday a little too literally.

Doing right by the land you stand on. 🌾

Caring for a property means thinking about the long haul. That’s why we engineer our shingles using rubberized asphalt combined with upcycled tires and plastic bags. It gives your home tough, weather-resistant protection while keeping waste out of landfills. Better for your roof, better for the environment.

Incoming project! 🔨

We’re honored to be taking on another historic building in downtown Petoskey.

Originally built in 1891, the Belle Tower of Petoskey is filled with incredible craftsmanship and character. Soon, our team will be installing a brand-new Malarkey Roofing Products system, helping preserve this beautiful landmark for years to come.

A huge thank you to Belle Tower of Petoskey and Lindsey Dotson for trusting CR3 American Exteriors to be part of this building’s ongoing story. It’s a privilege to play a small role in preserving a piece of Northern Michigan history.

Stay tuned for progress photos as this project gets underway!

Dabbling with a new brand of underlayment on a project in downtown Petoskey today. Tomorrow we’ll be installing Malarkey Legacy shingles to finish it off.

The aerial views are pretty cool—they already show three roofs completed/in process by CR3 American Exteriors. We’re hoping to add one more to the list soon and make it four in a row for CR3.
